Role Overview: As a Sales Representative for the North Brunswick and surrounding areas, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and enhancing customer relationships. You will represent Summit Motor Products, focusing on expanding market share and ensuring customer satisfaction within your territory. What You'll Do: - You will develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales growth. - You will identify and pursue new business opportunities within the North Brunswick territory. - You will provide expert product knowledge and support to customers, ensuring their needs are met. - You will collaborate with internal teams to coordinate orders, deliveries, and customer service. - You will track sales performance and report on market trends and competitor activities. - You will attend industry events and trade shows to promote Summit Motor Products. - You will manage your sales pipeline effectively to meet and exceed sales targets. - You will ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial or electrical product sales. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting customer relationships. - Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently. - Knowledge of the North Brunswick market and surrounding areas is highly desirable. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for territory travel. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with motor and power transmission products. - Technical background or understanding of electrical components. - Existing network of contacts within the North Brunswick industrial sector. - Bilingual abilities to support diverse customer base.
