Role Overview: As a Sales Representative for the North Brunswick and surrounding areas, you will be the key driver of sales growth and customer satisfaction. Your role is to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and represent Summit Motor Products with professionalism and expertise. What You'll Do: - You will develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets within your assigned territory. - You will manage and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. - You will identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking. - You will provide product knowledge and technical support to customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions. - You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and resolution of customer issues. - You will maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports on sales activities and market trends. - You will attend industry events and trade shows to promote Summit Motor Products and expand your professional network. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial or motor products sales. - Strong knowledge of electrical or mechanical products and the ability to understand technical specifications. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively within a territory. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in the North Brunswick, NJ area or familiarity with the local market. - Technical background or training in electrical engineering or related fields. - Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools. - Bilingual skills or additional language proficiency.
