Job Title: Sales Representative - North Brunswick & Surrounding Company Overview: Raycap Holdings, LLC is a dynamic and innovative company specializing in electrical and electronic components. Role Overview: As a Sales Representative for the North Brunswick and surrounding areas, you will be the key driver of sales growth and customer engagement for the Summit Motor Products branch. Your role is essential in expanding our market presence, building strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction within your territory. What You'll Do: - You will actively manage and grow sales accounts within the North Brunswick territory. - You will identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture them. - You will maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and satisfaction. - You will collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet customer needs. - You will provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports. - You will represent Summit Motor Products at industry events and trade shows. - You will stay informed about market trends and competitor activities. - You will ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices. What You Bring: - You bring at least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial or electrical product sales. - You have strong communication and negotiation skills. - You possess a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the motor and pump industry or related technical knowledge. - Existing relationships with customers in the North Brunswick area. - A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
