Job Title: Sales Representative - North Brunswick & Surrounding Company Overview: Raycap Holdings, LLC is a leading provider of innovative electrical and electronic solutions, committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. Role Overview: As a Sales Representative for the North Brunswick and surrounding areas, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, expanding customer accounts, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will represent Summit Motor Products, building strong relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities within your territory. What You'll Do: - You will develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers in the North Brunswick area. - You will identify and pursue new sales opportunities to grow the Summit Motor Products customer base. - You will provide expert product knowledge and support to customers, helping them select the best solutions for their needs. - You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery. - You will meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the branch. - You will conduct regular territory visits and customer follow-ups to maintain engagement. - You will prepare sales reports and forecasts to inform management decisions. - You will stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial products or related fields. - Strong knowledge of motor products, power transmission, or electrical components is highly desirable. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers. - Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently. - Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in the North Brunswick or New Jersey industrial market. - Technical background or training in electrical or mechanical engineering. - Established network of contacts within the motor products industry. - Ability to conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.
