Job Title: Sales Representative - North Brunswick & Surrounding Company Overview: Raycap Holdings, LLC is a leading provider of innovative electrical and electronic solutions, committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. With a strong presence in the industry, Raycap supports a diverse range of clients through its specialized divisions, including Summit Motor Products, which focuses on motor and power transmission products. Role Overview: As a Sales Representative for the North Brunswick and surrounding areas, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, expanding customer accounts, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will represent Summit Motor Products, building strong relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities within your territory. What You'll Do: - You will develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers in the North Brunswick area. - You will identify and pursue new sales opportunities to grow the Summit Motor Products customer base. - You will manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring customer needs are met. - You will collaborate with internal teams to provide product knowledge and support to customers. - You will track sales performance and report on key metrics to management. - You will attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote the company’s products. - You will provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. - You will stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial products or related fields. - Strong knowledge of motor products, power transmission, or electrical components is highly desirable. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships. - Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently. - Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in the North Brunswick or New Jersey industrial market. - Technical background or training in electrical or mechanical engineering. - Established network of contacts within the motor products or industrial supply industry. - Ability to deliver product presentations and training sessions.
