Job Title: Sales Representative - North Brunswick & Surrounding Company Overview: Raycap Holdings, LLC is a dynamic and growing company specializing in electrical and electronic components distribution. Our Summit Motor Products branch is known for delivering high-quality motor products and exceptional service to customers in the North Brunswick area and beyond. Role Overview: As a Sales Representative for the North Brunswick and surrounding areas, you will be the primary driver of sales growth and customer engagement for our Summit Motor Products branch. Your role is critical in expanding our market presence, building strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction through expert product knowledge and responsive service. What You'll Do: - You will develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers in the assigned territory. - You will identify and pursue new sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets. - You will provide expert product knowledge and technical support to customers. - You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. - You will conduct regular market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. - You will prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals tailored to customer needs. - You will manage account growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities. - You will maintain accurate sales records and report on sales performance metrics. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial or motor products sales. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting customer relationships. - Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently. - Technical aptitude to understand and explain product specifications. - Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in the North Brunswick or surrounding New Jersey market. - Background in electrical or mechanical engineering. - Familiarity with Summit Motor Products or similar product lines. - Bilingual skills or additional language proficiency.
