Job Title: Sales Representative - North Brunswick & Surrounding Company Overview: Raycap Holdings, LLC is a dynamic and growing company specializing in innovative electrical and electronic solutions. Role Overview: As a Sales Representative for the North Brunswick and surrounding areas, you will be the key driver of sales growth and customer engagement for our Summit Motor Products branch. Your role is essential in expanding our market presence, building strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction within your territory. What You'll Do: - You will develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets in the assigned territory. - You will identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base. - You will maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to maximize account potential. - You will provide expert product knowledge and support to customers, addressing their needs and challenges. - You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. - You will track sales activities and report on market trends and competitor activities. - You will participate in trade shows and industry events to promote our products and brand. - You will manage the sales pipeline and forecast sales to support business planning. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial products or related fields. - Strong knowledge of motor products, power transmission, or electrical components is highly desirable. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships. - Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently. - Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in the North Brunswick, NJ area or familiarity with the local market. - Technical background or training in electrical or mechanical engineering. - Experience with B2B sales and account management. - Ability to travel within the territory regularly.
