Job Title: Sales Representative - North Brunswick & Surrounding Company Overview: Raycap Holdings, LLC is a dynamic leader in the electrical components industry, committed to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional service. With a strong presence in the market, Raycap supports a diverse portfolio of products through its subsidiary, Summit Motor Products, known for quality and reliability. Role Overview: As a Sales Representative for the North Brunswick and surrounding areas, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met while promoting our product lines and strengthening relationships. What You'll Do: - You will develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets within your assigned territory. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to foster loyalty and repeat business. - You will identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the customer base. - You will provide product knowledge and support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. - You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction. - You will prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs. - You will track sales metrics and report on performance to management regularly. - You will participate in trade shows and industry events to promote the company and network with potential clients. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in electrical components or related industries. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively within a defined territory. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel within the territory. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with Summit Motor Products or similar product lines. - Existing relationships with customers in the North Brunswick area. - Technical knowledge of electrical components and motor products. - Bilingual abilities to support a diverse customer base.
