Job Title: Sales Representative - North Brunswick & Surrounding Company Overview: Raycap Holdings, LLC is a leading provider of innovative electrical and electronic solutions, committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. Role Overview: As a Sales Representative for the North Brunswick and surrounding areas, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, expanding customer accounts, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will represent Summit Motor Products, building strong relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities within your territory. What You'll Do: - You will develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers in the North Brunswick area. - You will identify and pursue new sales opportunities to grow the Summit Motor Products customer base. - You will provide expert product knowledge and solutions tailored to customer needs. - You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. - You will prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients. - You will track sales activities and report on market trends and competitor activity. - You will meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to overall branch growth. - You will participate in trade shows and industry events to promote the company’s products. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial or motor products sales. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Ability to understand technical product information and translate it into customer benefits. - Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills. - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for territory travel. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in the North Brunswick or New Jersey industrial market. - Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools. - Technical background or education in electrical or mechanical engineering. - Bilingual skills, especially Spanish, to engage a diverse customer base.
