Job Title: Sales Representative - North Brunswick & Surrounding Company Overview: Raycap Holdings, LLC is a dynamic and growing company specializing in electrical and electronic components distribution. Role Overview: As a Sales Representative for the North Brunswick and surrounding areas, you will be the key driver of sales growth and customer engagement for the Summit Motor Products branch. Your role is to build strong relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction through expert product knowledge and service excellence. What You'll Do: - You will develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers in the assigned territory. - You will identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the customer base. - You will provide expert product knowledge and technical support to customers. - You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. - You will prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals tailored to customer needs. - You will track sales activities and report on market trends and competitor activity. - You will meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the Summit Motor Products branch. - You will participate in trade shows and industry events to promote products and network. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial or electrical product sales. - Strong knowledge of motor products, power transmission, or related technical fields. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting customer relationships. - Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently. - Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in the North Brunswick or New Jersey industrial market. - Technical certifications related to electrical or mechanical products. - Familiarity with Summit Motor Products offerings and industry standards. - Ability to travel within the territory regularly.
