We’re seeking a hands-on Staff .Net Core Engineer to work on high-scale, cloud-native applications. You’ll shape architecture, guide senior engineers, and drive standards across teams while staying close to the code. Location: Remote with quarterly travel to Sacramento, CA. Responsibilities • Drive architecture and delivery for .NET Core (7/8) and Blazor solutions across teams. • Lead the design of scalable, high-performance, and secure enterprise applications. • Enforce coding standards, architecture patterns, and best practices • Partner with product, DevOps, and leadership to align technical solutions with strategic goals. • Mentor senior engineers and lead technical reviews, fostering a culture of engineering excellence. • Drive improvements in performance, reliability, and developer productivity. Qualifications • 10+ years in .NET systems development, analysis, and testing. • 6+ years architecting enterprise applications with Microsoft .NET Core (7 or 8). • Experience with Blazor and modern UI component libraries. • Experience with Data systems, analytics, warehouse is preferred. • Strong expertise in cloud architectures (AWS) and containerization (Docker). • Proficient in relational database design and performance optimization. • Proven track record influencing multi-team technical direction and delivery. • Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills.
