Rate is seeking a VP Support Manager who will act as a strategic partner to assigned Vice Presidents, providing proactive support to enhance their business operations. This role focuses on driving performance, accountability, and engagement within the VP team through various operational and coaching responsibilities. Responsibilities • Conduct bi-weekly 1:1 sessions with assigned VPs. • Build strong relationships and understand individual goals and challenges. • Act as a trusted advisor and performance coach. • Identify and document operational issues as “trouble tickets.” • Ensure resolution by coordinating with Operations Managers. • Track issues until VP confirms satisfaction. • Guide VPs through purchase and refinance workflows. • Ensure smooth navigation of systems and internal processes. • Assist VPs in completing and documenting goal sheets. • Review goals regularly and align support strategies accordingly. • Review and enhance VP marketing plans. • Promote usage of company tools and platforms. • Ensure VPs understand and utilize available technology effectively. • Help VPs build a clear business development plan. • Integrate the “Double Your Business” playbook into coaching sessions. • Celebrate VP successes and strong performance. • Foster a winning mindset and culture of excellence. Skills • Minimum of 10 years experience in sales enablement, operations, or business development. • Strong interpersonal and coaching skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive accountability. • Minimum of 10 years experience in the residential mortgage industry. • Self-starter with a passion for helping others succeed.
