This role involves managing front desk staff, answering and triaging phone calls, managing doctors schedules, assist in billing and posting of insurance payments. Duties • Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow. • Manage the schedule of 3 busy eye practitioners • Supervise administrative staff and provide training & development opportunities. • Handle vendor management, including building maintenance • Assist in human resources tasks such as employee onboarding and professional development • Organize filing systems and ensure proper documentation practices are followed. • Provide front desk support, including managing multi-line phone systems and ensuring excellent phone etiquette. • Collaborate with team members to enhance office productivity and morale. Skills • Proven experience in office management or similar administrative roles. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. • Excellent communication skills for interacting with staff, vendors, and clients. • Experience in supervising teams and fostering a collaborative work environment. • Familiarity with medical office management is required • Strong clerical skills including filing, data entry, and document preparation. • Ability to manage schedules efficiently while adapting to changing priorities.
