Full Description

The Professional Relations & Events Manager is a key connector between speakers, sponsors, and meeting planners. This role ensures events are seamless, relationships are strong, and opportunities for growth are maximized. The ideal candidate brings both a background in dentistry and proven experience in event/meeting planning. Responsibilities • Act as primary liaison for speakers, meeting planners, and sponsors. • Coordinate event logistics: contracts, timelines, CE requirements, travel, and deliverables. • Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors and partners. • Track and manage speaker opportunities, sponsorships, and event details. • Collaborate with leadership to expand partnerships and identify growth opportunities. • Ensure sponsor ROI through clear communication and fulfillment of commitments. • Support speaker development by facilitating sponsor connections and program opportunities. Qualifications • Background in dentistry preferred (clinical experience, dental corporate, or CE programming). • 3+ years of event planning, meeting coordination, or sponsorship management. • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. • Excellent organizational ability and attention to detail. • Experience with CRM a plus Benefits • Competitive salary (based on experience). • Flexible work environment • Be part of a mission-driven team shaping the future of dentistry.
