The Sales Enablement Specialist executes Raptor’s enablement plan by building, maintaining, and delivering training and field-ready content. Responsibilities include delivering training, managing content hygiene, and supporting sales plays and launches.
Candidates should have 2-4 years of experience in Sales Enablement or related fields, with strong facilitation and writing skills. Hands-on experience with LMS administration and familiarity with Salesforce and Gong are also required.

About the Role The Sales Enablement Specialist executes Raptor’s enablement plan by building, maintaining, and delivering training and field-ready content. You will run onboarding and monthly trainings, administer our LMS/knowledge base, and keep materials current with product releases and sales-process updates. You’ll coordinate across Sales, Product Marketing, and Product to ensure the field has accurate, high-value assets—then report adoption and completion metrics. (Strategy, stage governance, event ROI, and global localization are owned by the Senior Manager, Sales Enablement.) Key Responsibilities: Deliver training & onboarding Facilitate new-hire onboarding and monthly all-sales training (live and async). Coordinate speakers, calendars, agendas, and follow-ups; publish recordings and guides. Administer certification checklists and track completion in the LMS. Own content hygiene (LMS/KB) Administer Lessonly (or equivalent) and manage content in Highspot/SharePoint. Keep assets current with product releases, feature updates, and process changes within a 5-business-day SLA. Tag, version, and archive content; maintain clear taxonomy and “best-of” collections. Support sales plays & launches Turn PMM briefs into rep-ready play cards, talk tracks, and objection handlers. Apply approved US/UK overlays (terminology, procurement notes, safeguarding references) to materials; escalate gaps to the Senior Manager. Run enablement operations Coordinate logistics and content packs for QBRs/SKO (no agenda/ROI ownership). Collect seller/manager feedback; surface insights and content gaps to the Senior Manager and PMM. Maintain an enablement calendar and intake board; track tasks to done. Light reporting & tooling Pull basic Salesforce and Gong reports (attendance, completion, asset views, call-tag usage). Publish enablement input/adoption dashboards and meeting notes. Support content searchability and usage analytics in Highspot/LMS. Qualifications: 2–4 years in Sales Enablement, Sales Ops, Biz Ops, Rev Ops, L&D, or field training within SaaS (EdTech a plus). Strong facilitation and writing skills; you turn PMM briefs into crisp, rep-ready materials. Hands-on LMS/knowledge-base administration (e.g., Lessonly/WorkRamp, Highspot/Seismic, SharePoint/Drive). Working comfort with Salesforce (reports/views) and Gong (snippets/tags); detail-oriented versioning and tagging. Project coordination discipline: clear checklists, reliable follow-through, proactive escalation. Service mindset, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate across teams and time zones. Basic design chops (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva) for polished enablement assets. Experience supporting QBR/SKO operations and post-event surveys.
