**Regional Sales Representative** Limitless earning potential Join a fast growing, winning team! We are seeking a Regional Sales Representative to become an integral part of our success as we rise to the top! You will gauge sales opportunities and provide exceptional customer service to all clients. Our AVERAGE Regional Sales Rep earns $80,000 their 1st year; top-Reps: $100,000-$120,000. 2nd year earnings of $100k-225k+ Duties Educate and create value in Raptor Roofing products and services to prospects and existing clients Close and follow up on sales transactions Schedule appointments for clients via door-to-door contact, phone and/or email. Utilize CRM to manage prospect, jobs, estimates, and scheduling Conduct 21-point inspections on prospects homes Reach agreed upon sales targets Requirements/Experience Sales experience, ideally in a construction related field Prospecting Deadline and detail-oriented Ability to network and build rapport with prospects and clients Positive mental attitude Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
