Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Owner to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the vision of our products and ensuring that the development team delivers high-quality solutions that meet customer needs. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, including business leaders and technical teams, to drive product development from conception through launch while adhering to Agile methodologies. Duties • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into user stories. • Prioritize the product backlog based on business value and customer feedback. • Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure product quality meets specifications. • Utilize project management software (e.g., Jira, TFS) to track progress and manage workflows. • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product enhancements. • Develop wireframes and prototypes using tools like Balsamiq for stakeholder presentations. • Engage in continuous improvement of processes related to software development life cycle (SDLC). • Foster strong communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on product goals. Qualifications • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management or development. • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including SAFe practices. • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, TFS, or VersionOne. • Experience in mobile application development and knowledge of APIs. • Proficiency in SQL for database management and analysis. • Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and governance principles. • Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, HTML, and knowledge of Git for version control. • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to gather requirements effectively. • Strong leadership capabilities with excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement. • Experience in B2B sales environments is a plus; familiarity with SaaS products is desirable. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.
