Job Summary Director of Operations – Mortgage Sales Rapid Home Lending is seeking a seasoned Director of Operations to help lead, organize, and scale our internal operations. This role works closely with executive leadership, department managers, and sales leadership to ensure the business is running efficiently, accountably, and aligned with company goals. 4+ years of mortgage industry experience REQUIRED, NO EXCEPTIONS Direct experience in mortgage sales AND management REQUIRED, NO EXCEPTIONS. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE EXPERIENCE IN MORTGAGES (SPECIFICALLY THE BROKER MODEL) DO NOT APPLY, YOU WILL BE REJECTED. This position plays a key role in maintaining structure across sales and operations, ensuring leaders are executing, teams are supported, incentives are properly rolled out, and performance is tracked consistently. The ideal candidate has deep mortgage sales and management experience and understands how to turn strategy into execution. Key Responsibilities • Assist in overseeing day-to-day operations across all departments to ensure performance standards are met • Hold department managers and division leaders accountable to company expectations, KPIs, and workflows • Support Division Leads in managing Team Leads and their sales teams • Ensure sales structures, rules, and compensation plans are implemented and followed consistently • Develop, track, and analyze KPIs for sales performance, recruiting, and operational efficiency • Identify operational gaps and delegate tasks to improve backend workflows and productivity • Ensure systems, processes, and reporting are being used properly across teams • Collaborate with leadership on process improvements, scaling initiatives, and strategic planning • Act as a problem solver and point of escalation for operational and sales-related issues Requirements (No Exceptions) • 4+ years of mortgage industry experience • Direct experience in mortgage sales AND sales management required • Proven leadership experience managing teams, departments, or divisions • Strong understanding of mortgage sales structure, incentives, and performance metrics • Salesforce experience required (reporting, dashboards, workflows) • Experience with mortgage dialer systems and CRM-based call tracking • Strong organizational, delegation, and accountability skills • Ability to build KPIs, track performance, and drive execution • Professional communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams • On-site availability (full-time) • Broker model experience • Experience scaling teams or supporting high-volume sales environments • Strong analytical and process-improvement mindset • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven culture Job Type: Full-time Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Paid time off Application Question(s): • DO YOU 4+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN MORTAGES SALES AND/OR MANAGEMENT, SPECIFICALLY THE BROKER MODEL?
