We are seeking a Tech Enablement Specialist to help build, optimize, and maintain the tools and automations that power our agency’s operations, client services, and marketing efforts. In this role, you will serve as a critical link between teams, ensuring our systems work together efficiently and effectively. From streamlining workflows and integrating software platforms to troubleshooting issues, you’ll play a hands-on role in reducing friction and enabling our team members to do their best work. Responsibilities Automation & Tooling Support the creation and maintenance of automations and workflows using tools like Zapier, Make.com, and Google Apps Script. Assist in building lightweight internal tools or dashboards to increase visibility and improve team efficiency. Help connect SaaS platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Asana, Slack, Google Workspace) through APIs to enable seamless data flow. System Optimization Identify manual, repetitive tasks and partner with the team to automate or simplify them. Audit existing tech stack usage and recommend improvements or consolidations. Troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring quick resolution and long-term solutions. Collaboration Work closely with internal teams to understand needs, pain points, and requirements for new tools or automations. Partner with the Tech Enablement Director to align projects with agency-wide goals. Clearly document processes, workflows, and tools for easy handoff and onboarding. Maintenance & Support Monitor automation logs to proactively identify and resolve errors. Ensure all integrations are secure, compliant, and up to date. Provide ongoing support and updates for internal tools and automations. 2+ years of experience in technical operations, automation, or systems administration. Hands-on experience with automation tools like Zapier, Make/Integromat, or n8n. Familiarity with basic scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Google Apps Script. Comfortable working with REST APIs and authentication methods (OAuth, API keys). Strong understanding of common SaaS platforms used in marketing and operations (e.g., CRMs, project management tools, CMSs). Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills, with a detail-oriented mindset.
