Company Description Rangeline Chiropractic is a full-service chiropractic and wellness clinic serving Carmel and the greater Indianapolis area with two convenient locations in Carmel and Zionsville. Specializing in chiropractic adjustments, dry needling, cupping, laser therapy, massage, kinesiotaping, and corrective exercises, Rangeline Chiropractic is committed to relieving pain, improving function, and promoting long-term spinal health. The clinic’s mission is to help every patient and family achieve pain-free living through customized and compassionate care. Rangeline Chiropractic is dedicated to delivering high-quality treatment to enhance the well-being of its community. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist located in Carmel, IN. The Front Desk Receptionist will oversee daily front desk operations, manage in-person and phone communications, provide exceptional customer service, schedule appointments, and maintain an organized workspace. Additional responsibilities may include performing clerical tasks and assisting with patient inquiries to ensure a seamless and welcoming experience for all clients. This is an entry-level position, ideally full-time. Pay is hourly at $18-20 per hour. Qualifications • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and strong Receptionist Duties to handle communication and manage a busy front desk. • Clerical Skills, such as organizing records, managing schedules, and maintaining an orderly workspace. • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and team members. • Strong Customer Service orientation to provide a friendly and professional experience for patients. • Basic computer skills for scheduling appointments and data entry. • Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and exhibit a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
