Job Responsibilities: • Deliver programs within the constraints of scope, quality, time and budget and under circumstances involving multiple moderate-probability, moderate-impact risk factors. • Program-level strategic planning, interaction with executive level management, complex issue resolution, excellent communications and team building skills. • Manage a group or groups of internal exempt and matrixed employees and contractors that serve on the project(s) to deliver systems and systems enhancements that meet specified requirements. Posting Details • Client is looking for an experienced Anaplan Application Manager who is responsible for delivering scalable solutions to enable high impact business outcomes and ensure availability, performance, efficient operation and support of Anaplan. • You will have experience with enabling and improving business processes with Anaplan along with a proven history of successfully managing Anaplan at scale. Responsibilities • Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop product strategy, roadmaps, impact metrics, gather requirements and provide solutions, support and maintain Anaplan Application that achieves desired business outcomes • Collaborate with other Application Managers, Engineers and business stakeholders to execute the roadmap and integrate Anaplan with other systems and tools • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through Anaplan. Translate business processes and requirements into technical requirements & design documentation • Design, build, and deploy Anaplan models, dashboards, and reports to meet business requirements. Ensure data integrity, validation, and security. Review vendor solutions to ensure they meet requirements Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience • 5+ years of roadmap planning, developing, implementing and supporting Anaplan • Self-starter with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and tasks • Experience with managing professional services vendors • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team in a collaborative environment, build consensus and promote the exchange of information • Demonstrated expertise effectively collaborating with stakeholders and users • Experience driving business outcomes by analyzing SLAs, priority, and operational metrics Preferred Qualifications • Certified Anaplan Solution Architect NOT MUST • Working knowledge of financial or sales planning • Implementation of Anaplan in 2+ companies • Prior experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) like Agile methodologies Typical Day in the Role: • Serve as the technical lead for Anaplan solution design and architecture. • You will be expected to set technical direction, ensure best practices are followed, and provide architectural oversight for all Anaplan model builds and integrations. Review and Approve Work: • Review the work of other model builders and developers, ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with business requirements. • Provide constructive feedback, perform code/model reviews, and mentor junior team members and external partners.
