Company Overview: Randstad is in search of a meticulous material flow expert to assist with high-speed manufacturing activities. The position requires a focus on safety protocols, precise record-keeping, and collaboration across various departments to ensure seamless production processes. Role and Responsibilities of Warehouse Associate: As a Warehouse Associate, your responsibilities include transferring materials and finished products among different departments, hastening the delivery of parts when shortages occur, and ensuring precise documentation of stock levels. Operating machinery for material handling, recording system transactions, and aiding in tasks like shipping, receiving, and overseeing inventory levels are all part of your duties. You will also provide assistance to less experienced team members as required. • Move physical items, transport finished products, and oversee inventory movement across different sections • Source materials and hasten the delivery of parts lacking throughout the facility • Keep and authenticate inventory records and reports of deficits • Safely and effectively handle equipment for material transport • Employ computerized systems for the management and monitoring of material flow transactions • Provide aid with tasks related to the transportation, reception, and management of stock • Offer mentoring to new material handlers; assist with any additional tasks given Required Skills and Experience of Warehouse Associate: • - Two years of hands-on involvement in positions related to material handling, warehouse operations, or stockroom duties • Capable of carrying objects weighing up to 50 pounds and remaining on feet for prolonged durations • Competence in fundamental computer operations for managing inventory/material movement • Understanding of MRP principles and internal routing of departmental materials Preferred Qualifications for Warehouse Associate: • Dealing with delays in the supply chain and collaborating with manufacturing departments • Proficiency in handling standard material moving machinery and tools for ease of operation Compensation and Benefits of Warehouse Associate: • Eligibility-based comprehensive benefits package • There are chances for development and interdepartmental teamwork About Randstad: Randstad is committed to diversity and inclusion, encouraging individuals from various backgrounds to apply.
