Establish and govern performance metrics to ensure accountability and achieve operational and financial objectives. • Operational Excellence: Oversee manufacturing activities, collaborating with plant leaders to ensure production targets are met within budget. Drive the implementation of key manufacturing metrics (safety, quality, production attainment). Maintain facilities and equipment, managing vendor relationships effectively. • Quality and Compliance (EHS): Lead the Total Quality Management System (TQMS), ensuring robust policies for product quality, supplier quality, and regulatory compliance. Lead all Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) functions, developing policies and systems to ensure safe and environmentally responsible operations and compliance with all standards. • Continuous Improvement : Lead Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives to reduce costs, increase productivity, enhance reliability, and improve product quality. Coach operations leaders to execute plans for production optimization and supply chain cost minimization. • Talent Management: Recruit, coach, manage, and mentor a high-performing manufacturing team.
