This is an unparalleled opportunity to join our Client's Supply Chain team undergoing a critical, high-impact transformation initiative! They are seeking a meticulous and data-driven professional for a Temporary, Part-Time Remote role to serve as a critical analytical resource. You will drive decision-making by transforming complex financial and operational data into actionable business insights and sustainable reporting solutions. This role is your chance to make a tangible impact on cost reduction, efficiency, and the future of our supply chain. What You Will Do: Lead Analysis & Optimization: You are a self-motivated expert in data visualization and modeling who thrives on transforming ambiguity into structure. You will: • Pioneer Power BI Solutions: Manage benchmarking Power BI dashboards and transform existing Excel models into integrated Power BI solutions for enhanced analysis and reporting. • Drive Cost Reduction: Conduct data analysis to uncover spend efficiencies and cost reduction opportunities across the supply chain network, supporting business case writing and savings program modeling. • Analyze & Predict Performance: Perform week-over-week projection analysis, comparing previous and current data to identify trends, variances, and refine forecast accuracy. • Optimize Operations: Analyze and model time study NVAA (Non-Value Added Activity) data, using trend analysis to provide actionable recommendations for supply chain optimization. • Build Sustainable Processes: Create and document sustainable data management processes, calculation methodologies, and analytical approaches for the team to adopt quickly, ensuring consistency and knowledge transfer. • Research Best Practices: Research and analyze next generation supply chain practices for both short-term and long-term integration into current operations. Essential Skills: • Proven experience 2+ years of experience in data analysis, financial analysis, or similar roles involving complex data modeling and business intelligence. • Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including macros, pivot tables, VLookups/Index/Match, layered formulas, and financial modeling techniques. • Demonstrated experience with Power BI, including dashboard creation, data modeling, and DAX functions. • Experience with cost savings tracking, business case development, or financial analysis in a manufacturing or supply chain setting. • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, continuous improvement, or time study analysis. salary: $23 - $25 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: Bachelors Responsibilities .
