Build your legacy with a company that invests in its best people! location: Auburn Hills, Michigan job type: Permanent salary: $135,000 - 160,000 per year work hours: 8am to 4pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Executive Project Oversight: Lead large-scale industrial and heavy commercial projects ($30M-$100M), managing everything from initial buyout and scheduling to final closeout and delivery. Financial Stewardship: Drive project success by managing comprehensive budgets, profit/loss reporting, and negotiating complex change orders to ensure fiscal health. Strategic Coordination: Orchestrate multi-disciplinary teams, including self-perform crews, subcontractors, and engineers, while fostering long-term client relationships. Operational Excellence: Enforce ISO standard operating procedures and utilize advanced project management software (ProCore/Sage 300) to oversee document control and logistics.
