We are looking to hire a Senior Recruiter with 5 plus years recruiting experience sourcing for exempt roles. May be involved in writing and placing advertising for open positions in publications; online and print. Source, screen and interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, and job skills for open positions; may utilize applicant tracking systems. Position is 100% Remote. Qualifications: • Must have 5 plus years full cycle recruiting experience • Experience hiring for Supply Chain/Sales positions, ie Warehouse Manager, Transportation Manager, Account Executive, Territory Managers • Microsoft Suite (office, Excel, email), Applicant Tracking System experiences (ie Workday, Phenom), advanced user of LinkedIn/Indeed • Experience with Workday and/or Phenom, experience recruiting for supply chain/distribution/sales/HR in a supply chain/food distribution setting • Excellent communication skilsl both verbal and written • HS Diploma/GED required. Bachelors degree or relevant experience preferred salary: $38 - $44 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: Bachelors Responsibilities • Recruiting for 20-30 positions for the food distribution locations, for exempt roles (Supply Chain/Sales Support). • Review resumes, conduct phone screen interviews with candidates, regular communication with candidates. Extending offers. • Schedule interviews with hiring managers. • Conducting follow ups with candidates and managers. Handling multiple hiring managers at multiple field locations. • May be involved in writing and placing advertising for open positions in publications; online and print. • Source, screen and interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, and job skills for open positions; may utilize ATS. • Arrange for interviews and provide travel arrangements as necessary.
