job summary: Enterprise Healthcare client has an immediate opening for a highly motivated IT-Sr Proj Mgr II to join their dynamic and growing team. All qualified candidates are encouraged to apply! location: Telecommute job type: Contract salary: $40 - 50 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position (please be detailed as to what the candidate is expected to do or complete on a daily basis)? - Defining work strategies, aligning these with resources and desired client outcomes, and overseeing planning and execution of the large scale implementation. - Anticipating issues and acting proactively to address potential issues. - Gathering and updating deliverables, project materials, project documentation, business flows, and lessons learned documents - Speaking about details of the project to both the business and technical teams, including clients - Managing cross-functional interdependencies. - Improving processes to optimize performance and value over time. - Providing proactive risk management and issue/problem resolution as required. - Ensuring technology solutions are managed to support business strategies, often working with senior management. - Directing the integration of technical aspects of all related projects/programs. - Conducting analyses, needs assessments, and cost/benefit assessments. - Monitoring financials to ensure budget compliance. - Representing project status to client and Optum leadership. - Addressing project challenges with key client personnel and within Optum. qualifications: Bachelors Equal Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.
