We are seeking for a Logistics and Freight Coordinator to join our team in Miami, FL. This fast-paced, high-demand role requires excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach to manage all facets of export operations. Key responsibilities include coordinating container/train logistics, making ocean freight bookings, preparing comprehensive shipping documentation (including B/Ls, SEDs, and VGM), managing administrative tasks like invoicing and weekly reporting, and participating in monthly inventory counts. If you have a professional attitude and meet these requirements, apply here or contact me directly at carlos.matheus@randstadusa.com salary: $55,000 - $60,000 per year shift: First work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM education: High School Responsibilities • Coordinate container loading, deliveries, and customer pick-ups (with sales/warehouse). • Coordinate the spotting and pick-up of trains. • Make ocean freight bookings. • Prepare and file all shipping documentation, including: • Packing lists, invoices, SLI, VGM, Certificates of Origin, Master B/Ls. • File Shippers Export Declarations (SEDs). • Perform essential administrative tasks: • Provide pick tickets to the warehouse. • Convert tickets to invoices upon loading/delivery and quantity match. • Email invoices to customers. • Post invoices weekly after accuracy review. • Obtain and attach Bills of Lading (B/Ls) or dock receipts to invoices (required for FL export proof). • Participate in the monthly inventory count. • Submit the weekly loading/deliveries/train/pick-up report every Friday afternoon.
