If so, we have a great opportunity as a Data Fraud Analyst for you! This opportunity will be in the office three days a week and remote for two days a week. It is a great role to position yourself for a long-lasting career in risk, compliance, cyber security, and data analytics. You will be immersed in an expanding team within a Fortune 500 Company that is passionate about what they do! The schedule requirement is Monday -Friday with the hours from 9:00am to 5:30pm. salary: $25 - $25.33 per hour shift: First work hours: 9 AM - 5:30 PM education: Bachelors Responsibilities • Investigate flagged "potential fraudulent activity" cases • Research flagged potential fraud cases involving gift cards, multi-channel purchases, internal fraud, delivered merchandise, or returns utilizing 15 different software tools and databases • Retrieve and analyze qualitative and quantitative data related to the fraud investigation cases • Utilize your advanced Excel skills and SQL experience extensively • Document findings within the internal case management system • Process, track, and coordinate legal processes and court orders received • Perform a variety of operational functions and communicate findings, best practices Skills • Fraud Analyst • Fraud Investigation • Excel Macros • SQL Server (2 years of experience is preferred) • Excel Pivot Tables (2 years of experience is required) • Data Manipulation (2 years of experience is required) • Computer Application (2 years of experience is required) • Puzzle Enthusiast (2 years of experience is required) • Critical Thinking • Analytical Thinking • Detail Oriented • Exceptional Communication (2 years of experience is required) • Data Analytics • Work Sunday to Thursday (1 year of experience is required) Qualifications • Years of experience: 2 years • Experience level: Experienced Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
