High school diploma, minimum one year related experience, bilingual Spanish/English required, strong communication and computer skills.
We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Front Desk to support one or more mid-level managers in a low to medium-complexity environment. This is a 100% onsite role within a patient access building, and the ideal candidate will spend over 50% of their time interacting directly with patients. This position is a great fit for a self-motivated individual with superior customer service skills and proficiency in computer navigation. Location: 12470 E. Whittier Blvd., Whittier, CA 90602 Pay: $24/hr Primary Responsibilities • Patient & Visitor Assistance: Greet and direct patients and visitors. Assist with KIOSK Check-in and KP.org enrollment. • Administrative Duties: Perform routine administrative tasks, including placing and routing telephone calls, typing, filing, faxing, handling mail, and ordering supplies. • System Management: Utilize computer systems and software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Internet applications, to perform various duties. Experience with EPIC is a plus. Qualifications • Experience: A minimum of one year of related experience is ideal. • Education: A High School Diploma or GED is required. A Bachelor's Degree or enrollment in a medical career program is preferred. • Skills: You must have strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in computer navigation and self-motivation are essential for success in this role. • Bilingualism: Bilingual Spanish/English skills are highly desired and a requirement for this role.
