Job Opportunity: Administrative Assistant (Hybrid) Our professional services team is seeking two highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistants to support our license management and service divisions. This is a long-term contract position through the end of 2026 with the potential for permanent conversion based on performance. In this role, you will provide essential support by managing administrative, operational, and research tasks. This position requires rganizational skills and the ability to work across various departments and systems in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable handling large datasets, ensuring accurate data migration, and maintaining professional communication across the organization. Key Responsibilities • Administrative Support: Support multiple teams by managing daily operational tasks and research projects. • Order Processing: Process client orders accurately while ensuring full compliance with internal workflows and business rules. • Data Management: Maintain data integrity during system updates and database development; assist with migrating information between platforms. • Account Coordination: Create and manage client accounts, generate invoices, and prepare application materials for smooth order fulfillment. • Quality Assurance: Review incoming orders for accuracy and strict adherence to pricing protocols. • Knowledge Base Maintenance: Research and fill content gaps to keep internal knowledge bases up to date. Requirements • Experience: 1–3 years of professional experience in an administrative coordination, business operations, or corporate support role. • Communication: Ability to communicate professionally with internal teams via written and verbal channels (Email, Slack, etc.). • Technical Skills: Proficiency in standard office software and a comfort level with learning new database systems and managing data. • Detail-Oriented: A proven track record of maintaining high accuracy in a high-volume environment. Schedule & Location • Hours: 40 hours per week • Duration: February 9, 2026 – December 31, 2026 (Contract with potential to convert) • Work Arrangement: Hybrid.
