Full Description

We're looking for a highly skilled and strategic Senior Vendor Sourcing Manager to join our Corporate Vendor Management team. In this key role, you'll be responsible for providing expert support to our business partners across the firm, managing all aspects of the strategic sourcing lifecycle. This includes leading negotiations, collaborating with our legal and risk teams, and establishing strong relationships to ensure successful vendor engagements. salary: $77.19 - $77.2 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: Bachelors Responsibilities • A Senior Vendor Sourcing Manager plays an essential role within Corporate Vendor Management by providing business partners with strategic sourcing support, contract negotiation and risk mitigation. • This position will be responsible for establishing s relationships with Schwab business partners across the firm to develop and execute contracts. This role will manage all aspects of the strategic sourcing lifecycle; lead negotiations, as well as collaborate with risk groups and legal, as required on vendor engagements. • Responsible for the management, editing and negotiation of product and services agreements, NDAs and other legal documents. Act as an effective liaison between attorneys and business partners to address issues as they relate to contracts.
