We are seeking a versatile Marketing Specialist to join our team in a part-time, project-based capacity. This is an ideal role for a marketing generalist who enjoys a mix of data analytics, creative content development, and operational support. While the work is project-driven and offers flexible hours, the successful candidate must be available for a standing weekly sync every Monday from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM PST. Role Overview • Pay Range: $42 to $58 per hour (W2) • Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week • Location: Hybrid / Wilsonville, OR area (Preferred) • Duration: February 16, 2026 – January 31, 2027 Key Responsibilities As a Marketing Generalist, you will touch several areas of the marketing mix: • Reporting & Analytics: Set up and manage reporting within Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and SEMrush to provide actionable SEO and competitive insights. • Content Development: * Drafting newsletter articles and copy-editing thought leadership pieces. • Assisting with video storyboarding and basic editing. • Creating/enhancing PowerPoint graphics and social media content. • Designing event assets (posters, banner stands, and invitations). • Marketing Operations: Providing project management support for campaigns and assisting with Marketo for email automation. • Event Support: Managing logistics for Tier 2 and Tier 3 trade shows, including room blocks, supply purchasing, and occasional onsite support (approx. 5% travel). Qualifications • Experience: 2+ years in marketing, preferably within B2B or technology sectors. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in GA4, SEMrush, and Marketo is highly preferred. • Design & Web: Strong eye for graphic design and experience with Web CMS platforms. • Communication: Exceptional writing and copy-editing skills. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
