Company Overview: Randstad is seeking motivated individuals with inventory experience to join a fast-paced and growth-focused environment. This role plays an important part in ensuring smooth inventory operations and supports the company’s mission to deliver efficiency and reliability to our clients and customers. Role and Responsibilities: In this role, you will contribute to day-to-day inventory operations by maintaining accuracy, organization, and efficiency. You will be responsible for working with urgency, addressing issues proactively, and ensuring proper inventory management through established practices. • Operate RF scanner to track and manage inventory • Label deliveries and allocate materials to designated locations • Inspect material supplies and maintain inventory accuracy • Use inventory management software to update and monitor stock levels Required Skills and Experience: • Experience operating RF scanner devices • Knowledge of labeling, inspection, and material allocation processes • Proficiency in using inventory management software • Ability to work with urgency and resolve issues efficiently Preferred Qualifications: • Previous inventory or warehouse experience • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Compensation and Benefits: • Competitive weekly pay • Medical, prescription, dental, and vision coverage (eligibility-based) • AD&D and life insurance offerings • Short-term disability coverage • 401(k) plan with company match (eligibility-based) • Steady schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM • Opportunities for growth and advancement About Randstad: Randstad is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering an inclusive, welcoming work environment. Does Randstad pay weekly or biweekly? payroll/checks: Payroll is done on a weekly basis and employees are paid every Friday for the previous week. vacation: You will accrue two weeks of vacation per year at the rate of 6.67 hours per month from your date of hire.
