Job Summary: We are seeking a Coordinator to temporarily assist the Social Content and Communications team for a reputable, global, beauty brand located in New York, NY. This role is temporary starting early November 2025 lasting until May 2026. The role will be operating off a hybrid schedule on-site 3x per week at the brand's corporate office located in Midtown Manhattan (only local candidates will be considered). The ideal candidate will be passionate about the beauty industry and a social media expert. They should be eager to learn and have a go-getter personality. Responsibilities: • Content/Strategy o Support weekly Trend to Action content- Support Manager with quick turnaround content by helping to brainstorm content by identifying key trends and sharing ideas with creative team. • Posting/Tagging/Uploading o Tag all content streams in Dash Social (BOM). o Upload posts to Pinterest weekly. o Manage communications with TAG (agency) who handles schedules/posts monthly content and assist with troubleshooting. This individual will be responsible for quality checking the agency’s posts when they go live. They will need to ensure the posts are on-brand and the copy, tags, and captions are correct. If discrepancies are identified, the Coordinator will need to flag them to the Manager who would then reconnect with the agency. o Handle ad-hoc posting (mainly trend/unplanned content). o Community management- Identify new pieces of content to engage with. • Regional Support o Export monthly schedules. o Support on an ongoing basis to locate or share global assets. • Administrative o Manual research/scrolling. o Budgeting and invoicing. o Product ordering and product shipping to creators. Qualifications: • 1-2 years of professional experience within social media or managing a social account • Understanding of social platforms including Instagram, Tik Tok, Youtube, and Pinterest • Experience with community management – brand involvement within comment sections, responding to community, etc. • Personal interest in the beauty industry and eager to be apart of a reputable global beauty brand • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint • Detail oriented and comfortable working within a fast-paced environment • Energetic, go-getter, personality • Adaptable, reliable, and dependable • Comfortable being in content, not required
