Job Title: Cloud Engineer • No C2C/No Sponsorship* Location: This is a remote position, with an initial three-month Monday-Friday onsite requirement in Atlanta, GA. Duration: 6+month contract-to-hire Pay: $60-75/hr Experience & Technical Skills • 5+ years of experience with MS Exchange/O365 and Active Directory, including FSMO roles and domain management. • Proficient in Exchange/O365 upgrades, migrations, and mail flow troubleshooting in hybrid environments. • Skilled in Windows Security in large, multi-domain environments and performing domain migrations for users, computers, and mailboxes. • Proficient with Microsoft Identity Management (MIM) and Azure B2B Identity Management in multi-tenant environments. • 2+ years of experience supporting Single Sign-On (SSO) with Azure and ADFS. • Thorough knowledge of AD, DNS, DHCP, and security in large, multi-domain environments. • Experience with mergers & acquisitions integration. Duties & Responsibilities • Serve as a technical lead on projects, designing, engineering, and implementing distributed enterprise Windows server environments. • Manage multiple projects and initiatives with minimal supervision. • Provide technical support and collaborate with a team of highly-skilled engineers. • Communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of the organization, including executives and other non-technical stakeholders. • Write reports, business correspondence, and procedure/support manuals. • Define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions to resolve complex issues. • Maintain technical awareness and evaluate emerging technologies for business applicability. • Mentor and cross-train junior staff and support technicians on new technologies and best practices.
