They're looking for a dynamic, proactive Project Manager to oversee commercial interiors across industrial, manufacturing, and power projects. The PM will drive efficiency, productivity, safety, schedules and budgets to ensure successful outcomes. If this sounds like you, let's talk now! location: LIVONIA, Michigan job type: Permanent salary: $90,000 - 140,000 per year work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: • Act as the primary point of contract with the owner and coordinate in a collaborative way with the superintendent and all subcontractors working efficiently to build the interior spaces of the various projects for the company. • Prioritizing safe work planning and partnering with site safety leaders to proactively identify, correct, and manage job site hazards. • Serving as the primary point of contact for the customer, leading owner coordination meetings, and maintaining clear communication across client, design, subcontractor, and internal teams. • Establishing project schedules, monitoring performance standards, and running weekly subcontractor meetings to resolve issues and keep work on track. • Managing project financials, including budget projections, cash flow, subcontractor costs, and the negotiation of change orders to maintain profitability. • Ensuring compliance with labor agreements and directing an efficient, high-quality project closeout and handover process. #randstadengineering The essential functions of this role include: • working in a smoke free environment • wearing steel toe shoes qualifications: • Experience level: Experienced • Minimum 7 years of experience • Education: Bachelors skills: • Construction Project Management • Equal Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.
