Job Summary Enterprise Healthcare client has an immediate opening for a highly motivated Project Manager IV to join their dynamic and growing team. All qualified candidates are encouraged to apply! location: Telecommute job type: Contract salary: $62.91 - 72.91 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors Responsibilities • What is the purpose of this team? • Describe the surrounding team (team culture, work environment, etc.) & key projects. • Do you have any additional upcoming hiring needs or is this request part of a larger hiring initiative? - This position will be supporting the CMS Final Rule (CMS 0057-F) program. • The Enterprise Transformation Office (ETO) is a collective unit comprised of Project Management, Change Management, and Process Improvement functions. This position would be reporting into the Project Management Office (PMO) withing the ETO. Typical Day in the Role • Walk me through the day-to-day responsibilities and a description of the project (Outside of the Workday JD). • What are the performance expectations/metrics? • What makes this role unique? - Project meetings, facilitation of program meetings, status reporting, problem solving, escalating risks/issues/decisions to leadership, executive report outs, Smartsheets and Planview oversight (Project Plan and RAID documentation) • Performance Metrics: • Successful delivery of requirements on time or in advance of CMS compliance dates. • Stakeholder satisfaction • Unique: The ETO has a unique role in the organization being the only PMO which truly touches all aspects of the organization through it's projects.
