Job Description: • Own renewals and drive retention (renewal ownership) • Prepare and lead contract renewals • Monitor product adoption and identify risk signals • Build simple, effective action plans • Define account-level strategies • Identify and activate upsell and cross-sell opportunities • Expand local programs into broader deployments • Map the client's organizational structure • Tailor your messaging Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Account Management, or 1–2 years of exceptional experience in AM/CSM/Sales within B2B SaaS with strong commercial acumen • Proven experience managing complex, international accounts • Track record of growing existing accounts (expansion revenue) Benefits: • Significant performance-based bonus • Flexible working hours • Fully remote work • Regular offsites to connect and strengthen team cohesion
