As we continue to grow, we’re seeking Key Account Managers who can uphold this elevated service standard while building long-term, trust-driven relationships with our most important customers. Role Overview The Key Account Manager (KAM) will serve as the primary point of contact for high-value accounts, distributors, dealers, ranch owners, and enterprise clients. This individual will be responsible for nurturing relationships, understanding customer needs deeply, and ensuring every client receives a white-glove service experience that matches Ranch Armor’s premium brand. What You'll Do • Serve as the trusted advisor for key accounts, building strong, long-term partnerships. • Deliver customer service with the hospitality standard of the Four Seasons—anticipatory, personalized, and solution-oriented. • Understand customer needs, project requirements, and long-term goals to recommend the best Ranch Armor solutions. • Coordinate custom builds, specialty orders, and complex product configurations. • Proactively communicate with clients about order status, timelines, and updates. • Collaborate with engineering, production, and logistics teams to streamline client experiences. • Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and urgency. • Track account performance, forecast needs, and identify growth opportunities. What We’re Looking For • Proven experience in account management, customer success, or sales (outdoor, agricultural, powersports, or manufacturing industries a plus). • A service mindset modeled after luxury hospitality—Four Seasons–grade customer care. • Strong communication skills with an ability to listen first and advise second. • High level of organization; ability to manage multiple accounts with precision. • Problem-solving mentality with a proactive approach to client communication. • Technical aptitude or willingness to learn UTV armor, accessories, and customization details. • A passion for the outdoors, ranching, or powersports is welcomed.
