Job Title: Contract Specialist Duration: 12+ Months Location: Remote (EST Time Zone Highly Preferred) About the Role • We are seeking a Contract Specialist to join our Legal and Commercial Services team. In this role, you will work alongside sales and delivery teams throughout the contract lifecycle—supporting negotiation, drafting, and ongoing management of client contracts. The ideal candidate will bring strong commercial and contractual expertise to deliver high-quality outcomes that drive sales growth, protect revenue, improve margins, and ensure compliance with obligations and policies. Key Responsibilities • Support contract management teams across multiple projects and accounts. • Collaborate with account leadership, client commercial, and business stakeholders to understand priorities and support account strategies. • Provide input into performance management activities across geographies. • Assist with the identification, escalation, and resolution of commercial and contractual risks/issues. • Contribute to pre-award sales activities, including deal shaping, contractual outcomes, and contract drafting support. • Build trusted, client-facing relationships with key stakeholders. • Promote cross-cultural collaboration and inclusion across the global organization. • Demonstrate respect for diversity and foster a culture of inclusion. • Operate as both a team player and leader, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree required. • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in contract management. • Professional membership/certification (IACCM, NCMA, or similar) is a plus. • Willingness to travel occasionally, as needed.
