Overview We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse/Driver to join our team. This role involves managing warehouse operations, handling materials, and delivering goods efficiently. Responsibilities • Handle materials with care, ensuring proper storage and organisation within the warehouse • Assist with picking and packing orders accurately for shipping and receiving • Load and unload delivery vehicles efficiently while adhering to safety protocols • Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and transactions • Support shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely dispatch of goods • Conduct routine mechanical checks on equipment and report any faults or issues • Assist in construction-related tasks as required for warehouse setup or maintenance • Ensure the warehouse environment is clean, safe, and organised at all times Experience • Proven experience in warehouse operations, including stocking, materials handling, and order fulfilment • Previous experience operating forklifts or similar lifting equipment is highly desirable • Familiarity with warehouse management systems such as AS400 or equivalent software • Mechanical knowledge or experience in construction environments is advantageous • Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during daily tasks • Experience in shipping & receiving processes, including load & unload procedures • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail for inventory accuracy • Valid driving licence suitable for operating delivery vehicles within the company’s fleet This role offers a challenging yet rewarding environment for individuals committed to safety, efficiency, and high standards of work.
