We’re Hiring: Ocean Freight Coordinator (Full-Time, On-Site | West Caldwell, NJ) What You’ll Do: • Handle FCL & LCL shipments from start to finish • Provide ocean freight quotes & book with carriers • Prepare shipping docs (BLs, invoices, packing lists, customs) • Ensure smooth customs clearance & compliance • Track shipments & keep customers updated • Build strong carrier & customer relationships What We’re Looking For: • 3+ years of hands-on ocean freight experience • Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills • Ukrainian or Russian language skills a plus (not required) • Able to commute daily to our West Caldwell, NJ office Salary: $65,000 to $75,000 ($31-$36 per hour) yearly, plus commission for any new business brought in.
