Job Summary The Ruminant Marketing Manager is responsible for the hands-on execution and management of marketing strategies that drive product growth, customer loyalty, and market share. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, tactical campaign management, and category oversight. The Ruminant Marketing Manager will be the core driver behind creating and delivering brand plans, ensuring all initiatives achieve sales and profit targets through effective cross-functional collaboration and clear financial accountability. The Ruminant Marketing Manager serves as a key partner in aligning marketing efforts with company goals, collaborating across departments to ensure initiatives are executed effectively and deliver measurable results. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute brand plans that consistently deliver sales, share, and profit targets. Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and management of marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Market & Consumer Insight: Understand target audiences and competitors and turn insights into growth-driving actions. Apply insights to tailor campaigns that drive conversion and build customer loyalty. Innovation & Product Development: Lead new product launches and packaging updates, ensuring initiatives support revenue, margin, and market share growth. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and agency partners to ensure execution delivers measurable customer and sales outcomes. Financial & Business Acumen: Owns brand budget, forecasts sales and margins, and delivers consistent ROI on investments. Audience Understanding: Applies deep audience understanding to tailor campaigns, drive conversion, and build loyalty that sustains sales. Leadership & Mentorship: Provide guidance to junior marketing team members and external partners to align initiatives with brand strategy and execution standards.
