We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Sales Recruiting Manager to support our client's nationwide sales hiring needs, with a strong emphasis on recruiting commission-based Outside Sales Representatives and true sales hunters. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in sales recruitment and management whilst being a high energy, well organized, and dynamic player-coach. Pay Rate: $45-$65/hour on W2 Location: Remote Contract Duration: 2-3 months with potential for extension or conversion to full-time Key Responsibilities: • Own the full cycle recruiting process for Sr. Sales roles such as Managers and Directors • Oversee direct report recruiters who will own Outside Sales Reps, Account Executives, BDRs/SDRs, and other quota-carrying roles. • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to understand hiring priorities and align sourcing strategies • Design and implement scalable recruitment programs that proactively identify and engage top talent across key roles and markets • Collaborate on forecasting talent needs & designing recruiting strategies • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities with a team supporting a high volume of requisitions in a fast-growing environment. Qualifications: • 4-7 years of experience in talent acquisition, including 3+ years leading recruitment teams or programs • Proven success building and scaling sourcing functions in high-growth or complex environments • Advanced knowledge of sourcing tools, platforms, and research methodologies • Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to hire, train, and motivate teams • Experience leveraging CRM systems, talent analytics, and reporting dashboards • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills • Ability to partner effectively across TA, HR, and business leadership to deliver consistent results Looking for meaningful work?
