• Own and drive growth within a defined portfolio of Raintree’s largest enterprise clients, ensuring achievement of quarterly and annual sales goals. • Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, understanding their business priorities and identifying opportunities to expand Raintree’s footprint through additional products, services, and solutions. • Develop and execute strategic account plans that outline key initiatives, partnership goals, and revenue opportunities. • Build and maintain strong, multi-level relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and executive sponsors to support renewal and expansion discussions. • Proactively identify, qualify, and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities, leveraging data-driven insights and a consultative sales approach. • Lead business reviews and strategy sessions to communicate value, demonstrate ROI, and ensure ongoing client alignment with Raintree’s offerings. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders—including Product, Implementation, Client Success, and Marketing—to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business outcomes. • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, pipeline management, and reporting within Salesforce. • Monitor account performance, identify risks, and create action plans to protect and grow client revenue. • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to position Raintree as a leader and advisor in the therapy space. • Represent Raintree at client meetings, industry conferences, and events as a credible advocate for our platform and solutions.
