As a renowned provider of cyber security and application delivery solutions, Radware (RDWR) is actively seeking a Sales Development Representative. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities within both prospective and existing Enterprise clients. By understanding client technology needs, you will forge strategic partnerships. Additionally, you will collaborate with field sales teams to drive and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities: • Performs outbound sales activities such as cold calling, lead follow-up, and opportunity qualifications. • Meets or exceeds activity metrics for outbound calls, appointments set, generated pipeline opportunities to enable outside sales to close business. • Create monthly strategic outreach plans in concert with AEs to support new business acquisition goals. • Conduct deep research on target accounts to identify key players and create customized messaging for prospecting purposes. • Execute outreach plans by communicating with prospective customers with tailored messages across multiple channels. • Leverage assets from Marketing and Demand Generation campaigns to educate and nurture prospective customers, thereby creating brand awareness and need in the market. • Work closely with Marketing to develop and execute campaigns and provide feedback to maximize impact. • Maintain and update records within CRM to reflect relevant research and activities. • Utilize all available resources – LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, ZoomInfo, etc. to strategically identify organizations and individuals to contact. • Participate in regular SDR training and coaching sessions to hone demand generation skills and objection handling • Learn portfolio of Radware solutions and articulate the value to personas across a prospect organization • Achieve all sales goals set forth by sales lead and manager. Qualifications: • 1-3 years of experience in Sales Development, Cold-calling, Lead Generation, and consistent performance toward quota attainment. • Energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, and strong writing skills. • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively • Aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems • Excels in a high-energy, fast-moving sales team environment • Ability to work collaboratively with employees within department and across functions • Demonstrates poise, maturity, and resilience with internal and external audiences • 4-year college degree required
