Learn more about us at radost.us About the Client Our client is seeking an Epic Resolute Professional Billing Lead Analyst to oversee PB analyst operations while maintaining hands-on involvement in system support, configuration, and implementation activities. This hybrid leadership role combines team supervision with direct technical work to ensure optimal support and execution of Professional Billing implementations and ongoing system maintenance. Position Summary We're looking for an experienced Epic Resolute Professional Billing Lead Analyst who can balance team leadership responsibilities with hands-on technical work. You'll oversee a team of PB analysts while actively working to support tickets, troubleshooting issues, and managing system configurations. This role requires deep expertise across all areas of the PB module, strong project leadership capabilities, and the ability to mentor team members while maintaining direct involvement in day-to-day operations. This position demands exceptional analytical skills, comprehensive PB knowledge, and proven ability to lead large-scale implementations while ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality support services. Important: This role is not open to C2C or C2H arrangements and is only available to candidates legally authorized to work in the United States. Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Supervision • Oversee and mentor team of Professional Billing analysts, providing guidance on best practices and technical expertise • Supervise all aspects of day-to-day PB operations and support activities • Assign and monitor work assignments to ensure completion according to project timelines • Motivate and develop direct reports through demonstration of exemplary practices • Conduct regular team check-ins and performance feedback sessions Hands-On Technical Support • Work support tickets directly as Analyst III, maintaining active involvement in daily operations • Troubleshoot, configure, and resolve errors within Epic's Resolute Professional Billing application • Perform build activities related to Epic upgrades and ongoing projects • Provide comprehensive support across all areas of the PB module • Respond to escalated issues requiring advanced PB expertise Implementation & Project Leadership • Lead large-scale Professional Billing projects from planning through go-live • Drive development and implementation of new features and enhancements • Ensure all implementations align with organizational standards and best practices • Manage implementation of new PB features and functions in collaboration with end-users and ITS management • Coordinate Epic upgrade activities and related PB configuration changes Collaboration & Communication • Work closely with end-users, ITS management staff, and cross-functional teams • Serve as primary escalation point for complex PB issues • Provide clear communication to stakeholders on project status, issues, and resolutions • Deliver ongoing feedback and follow-through with customers and peers • Represent Information Systems with professionalism and quality customer service focus Process Improvement & Documentation • Identify complex problems, analyze probable causes, and assess operational impact • Develop and recommend optimal solutions for system issues and process improvements • Maintain detailed system of records and documentation for PB configurations • Monitor processes carefully and ensure attention to detail in all work products • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for troubleshooting procedures Required QualificationsEducation • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience Certifications • Epic Resolute Professional Billing certification required Experience • Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on experience with Epic Resolute Professional Billing • Demonstrated experience in team leadership or supervisory capacity • Proven track record leading large-scale Epic implementations or upgrades • Well-rounded knowledge across all areas of the PB module • Experience working support tickets and performing build activities in production environments Technical Skills • Comprehensive expertise in Epic Resolute Professional Billing application • Deep understanding of PB workflows, configurations, and integration points • Strong troubleshooting and error resolution capabilities • Advanced analytical and
