This goal is for this position to turn into a store GM as the company expands. The General Manager will work closely with the founders and play an integral role in building and shaping the restaurant. Our company is growing quickly and we want a manager that can grow with us. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with store GMs and manage stores in their absence • Manage special projects and look for ways to make the company more efficient • Help develop processes from scratch and iterate on all aspects of the restaurant • Lead by example by living the core values and treating our team the way we want them to treat the customer • Mentor junior leaders in the company Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree • 5+ years of experience restaurant management • Demonstrated ability to lead a team and act independently • Positive attitude and passion for making customers happy • Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, safety and security systems and procedures, computer operations • Ability/flexibility to work 45-55+ hours per week including mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays Job type: Full Time Location: Rotating among our 5 locations in the Nashville / Cool Springs area Benefit Conditions: • Only full-time employees eligible Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits: • Employee discount • Flexible schedule • Health insurance • Paid time off Work Location: In person
