Full Description
Required Skills: • 5+ years of Platform Engineering, SRE, or OMS Technical Operations experience • Strong Java and GraphQL experience • Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, and event-driven architecture (Kafka/Pub/Sub) • Experience with monitoring tools such as Datadog, Splunk, ELK, or New Relic • Strong troubleshooting, incident management, RCA, and production support experience • Experience with Git, CI/CD, and ITIL processes • Fluent Commerce OMS experience is highly preferred • Excellent communication skills
